An adjoining kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, and washing up facilities including a dishwasher, allows you to make tea and coffee and prepare food in your own time. See more on our room layouts and facilities here.​

Our fully licensed bar The Taproom is situated on the ground floor and offers a tailored, discounted menu for those attending the meeting. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or snacks you require we can cater to your needs.

If you would prefer a buffet style lunch then we are happy to organise an outside caterer. Give us a call and we can discuss prices and options.

HOLDING A MEETING, presentation or need a space for training?

We offer two meeting rooms at Bridge Street, both located on the 2nd floor of the building. The larger of the two holds up to 22 people and features a large interactive whiteboard. The smaller meeting room holds up to 10 people and features a mounted TV which can be connected to a laptop with access to the internet.

Both rooms are air conditioned along with complimentary use of a laptop, Wi-Fi, note pads, pens, and flip charts making it a perfect set up for presenting.

A FEW EXTRA BITS ...

 

Timings

The time slot to hire a meeting/workspace room is typically between 9am and 5pm with half an hour either side to set up and pack away. If you wish to hire the room outside of these hours then please do get in contact as we are more than happy to customise the hours to accommodate your needs.

Parking

There are a number of streets you are able to park for free around St.Ives. Alternatively and probably the most accessible option is to park in the Dolphin car park which is approximately a 2 minute walk away from the venue, and costs £2 to park all day.
